Agreement & Payment
Once scope is agreed upon, you receive an engagement letter and an invoice processed securely through Stripe. Work begins upon confirmed payment. All fees are fixed and disclosed upfront — no surprises.
Delivery & Follow-Through
We deliver the agreed output — advisory brief, strategic framework, or stakeholder materials — within the defined timeline. Retainer clients receive ongoing structured access through the terms of their engagement.
