This engagement produces a written advisory brief that documents our analysis, frameworks applied, and recommended course of action. Suitable for leadership teams that need an independent outside perspective before committing to a significant strategic move.

What's Included

  • Initial scoping session to define the advisory question and relevant context
  • Independent analysis of the strategic landscape, competitive factors, and decision variables
  • Written advisory brief (typically 8–15 pages) documenting findings and recommendations
  • One follow-up session to review the brief and answer questions
  • Delivered within 10 business days of engagement confirmation and payment

Executive Advisory Retainer

$1,750 USD / month — billed monthly

An ongoing advisory relationship providing executive leadership teams with consistent, structured access to independent counsel. Designed for organizations that benefit from a regular external advisory voice — not a one-time engagement but an embedded, recurring function. The retainer includes structured monthly sessions and asynchronous support for time-sensitive questions.

What's Included

  • Two structured advisory sessions per month (60 minutes each), scheduled in advance
  • Asynchronous email support for advisory questions between sessions (responded to within 2 business days)
  • Monthly written advisory summary documenting key discussions and recommendations
  • Priority scheduling — retainer clients are prioritized for availability
  • No long-term commitment — cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
Cancellation Policy: This is a monthly recurring subscription billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@somosallianceventures.com before your next billing date. A dedicated advisory engagement for companies preparing for a capital raise, M&A transaction, or significant investor-facing process. This engagement covers the full arc of preparation: narrative development, materials review, positioning strategy, and stakeholder communication planning. Delivered as a comprehensive advisory package with written outputs and structured sessions.

What's Included

  • Three structured advisory sessions (90 minutes each) over the engagement period
  • Review and advisory feedback on existing investor or transaction materials
  • Investor narrative and positioning framework — documented and delivered in writing
  • Stakeholder communication plan covering key audiences and messaging hierarchy
  • Q&A readiness session simulating investor or board-level scrutiny of the narrative
  • Delivered within 20 business days of engagement confirmation and payment
